Training

1.) All returning Level 2 students are encouraged to spend at least one hour reviewing level 1 with fellow students, both old and new (preferred), regardless of their level.

2.) All Level 1 students who have completed the entire set of Level 1 training will need to speak to Sifu before advancement. They would be put through a review “test” by sifu himself in order to see if they are prepared to move on. Also, the Level 1 certificate is required for advancement to Level 2 as well.

3.) Level 1 students price will remain at $80 per month. But Level 2 pricing will increase to $120 per month.

4.) Level 2 students will also be required to go through a review “test” with sifu before advancement to Level 3. Also, the Level 2 certificate will be required for advandcement.

5.) Sifu will be opening up two new training days for Level 3 students only on Tuesday and Friday nights. These are new additions to the already existing class schedules, and will be private lessons. As well as this new class schedule for Level 3 students, these lessons will also include Bak Jam Dou form, as well as Bak Jam Dou and Dragon Pole fighting forms. The pricing for Level 3 students will be $150 per month.

Group Training

All are welcome, our school is committed to providing a safe and friendly training environment for men, women and children.

Students will be given a variety of opportunities to learn and develop new skills each class. Wing Chun training involves individual as well as partner training, progression in the art depends on understanding and personal fortitude.

Fee Schedule:

1-4 Classes/Week Cost: $80.00 Month
1 Year of Class Training Cost: $800.00 Year

Sifu Lam is now offering an intensive a one, three or six month training course for those students that cannot attend regular classes at his training center in Monterey Park . The program will include 6 hours of personal instruction per day. Modest semi-private accommodations are available, students will have to provide there own meals.

The time to completion can be spread out over several months and the program overall can be tailored to meet the students individual needs. Beginners to martial arts are welcome, the course is designed for all levels of practitioners.

The course includes learning the Crossing Hand system techniques (striking), with an introduction to the other systems of Pushing, Pulling, Footwork and Closing (standing grappling). The entire set of the Muk Yan Jong form (wooded dummy) is also taught, this includes learning the usage of each movement in detail.

Private training is a good choice for students who already have experience in Wing Chun. If you have been studying Wing Chun for a while and have difficulty improving, Sifu Gary Lam can give you more understanding, correct your mistakes and take your skills to a higher level. Wing Chun theories and applications are explained in detailed. In a short time, you will improve your structure, technique, feeling and control -- guaranteed. For those students who already have experience, you can start your training at any level you feel comfortable in.
